EPTC launches broadband and e-commerce promotions to boost digital access

Eswatini Post and Telecommunications Corporation (EPTC) has launched ‘Connecta Manje’ broadband and ‘Shop Without Borders’ e-commerce promotions to enhance internet connectivity and facilitate international online shopping.

EPTC has introduced two new promotions to improve digital connectivity and customer experience in Eswatini. The ‘Connecta Manje’ broadband promotion offers customers within fibre network areas three months of free subscription and waives installation fees for post-paid and prepaid users subscribing to the Home Basic Uncapped package. The promotion runs until the end of January 2027.

The ‘Shop Without Borders’ e-commerce promotion enables Eswatini customers to shop internationally using a reliable delivery address in Johannesburg, South Africa. Customers pay for their first two deliveries and receive the third free. Items are received at an EPTC warehouse in South Africa and delivered to customers’ doorsteps in Eswatini. The service is accessible via the ‘Ship-Hustle’ app and supports purchases from various global online retailers.
